I spent 26 years advancing through the ranks of the biggest companies in the Wine & Spirits industry.  Prior to that, I spent my formative years in hospitality, fueling exploration across the country and around the world.  I have taken a non-traditional path in life, and along this journey, I’ve learned valuable lessons that I’m excited to share with you.

My career in corporate America spanned sales, marketing, team leadership, and training.  I started as a distributor rep, and later joined the world’s largest adult beverage supplier, where I spent the next 24 years progressing from local market rep, to running the National Accounts On Premise team.  Ultimately, I led a group that managed relationships with all major hospitality chains, including restaurants, hotels, transportation, and sporting venues. I learned how to hire, train, and motivate sales teams, and how to articulate a vision of success that inspires people to action.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications, where I learned to understand human motivations through courses such as leadership, listening, and group theory. I worked in hospitality through school and beyond, where I honed my skills in reading guests, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. 

Leveraging these experiences and hard-earned wisdom, I have built a framework that can help you define success on your terms, determine how to get there, and empower you to make change.  I can’t wait to share it with you!
